Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country in Sheridan, WY seeks a Route Sales Trainer to train and develop the sales team across processes, onboarding new employees, and boosting sales performance.

You will collaborate with the Sales Center Manager and District Sales Manager, refine training materials, monitor effectiveness, and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic route environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent business management/marketing education.
• Experience in training and developing sales teams is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Coca-Cola System is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Train Sales Specialists, Route Sales Drivers, and Merchandisers on Look of Success and processes.
• Learn routes for delivery and assist with coverage while providing feedback.
• Deliver initial trainings for sales, delivery, and customer service functions.
