• Bachelor's degree in business management/marketing.
• Two years hands-on business management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard Sales Specialists, Route Sales Drivers, Trainees and Merchandisers in sales, delivery, customer service and operations.
• Develop incumbent team members to maximize sales skills and drive synergy across the sales teams.
• Monitor training effectiveness, evaluate materials, and implement best practices.
• Provide regular performance observations and reports to management.
• Travel to locations to support route coverage and training as needed.
