Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Route Sales Trainer to lead onboarding and ongoing development of the sales, delivery, customer service and operations teams.

You will work with managers to align market strategies, create training materials, monitor effectiveness, and report on performance; a Bachelor’s in business/marketing and two years of experience are preferred, with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Marketing or equivalent.
• Two years hands-on business management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country’s sales team, including onboarding new employees across sales, delivery, customer service and operations.
• Learn routes for delivery and provide feedback to improve coverage and performance.
• Provide initial and ongoing training to sales staff and partners on processes and standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Center Manager and District Sales Manager to discuss market trends and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials to reflect best practices.
• Produce regular reports on observations and performance for management.
