Crystal Clean is seeking a Route Sales & Service Representative to drive growth at customer sites, manage equipment services, and build long-term client relationships. You will be on the road, delivering parts washing units and waste drum pickups, while ensuring safety and efficiency.

This role rewards proactive sales, strong communication, and technical comfort with equipment. Weekly base pay plus bonuses and uncapped commissions reflect performance and location.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: expands business with new and existing customers.
• Deliver Top-Notch Service at customer facilities using our equipment.
• Ensure Safety and Efficiency by following guidelines and inspecting vehicle/equipment.
• Cultivate Relationships with customers and pursue additional services.
• Meet sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
