Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Route Sales & Service Representative to drive sales growth and deliver on-site services for customer facilities, including waste drum pickup. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with a Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.
• Route sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth by expanding our business with new and existing customers.
• Deliver essential services at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickup using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines, inspect your vehicle and equipment, and align work orders to minimize travel time.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, pursue additional services, and generate new business opportunities.
• Meet sales quotas and contribute to overall revenue growth.
