Job summary

Crystal Clean is seeking a Route Sales & Service Representative to drive growth, deliver essential services at customer facilities, and build strong customer relationships while maintaining safety and efficiency. You’ll represent a growing environmental waste services company with a competitive compensation package.

You should be a strong communicator, customer-focused, tech-savvy, and capable of handling physical work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.
• Experience in route sales is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication with customers and team is essential.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth with new and existing customers.
• Deliver services at customer facilities using our equipment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and inspect vehicle and gear.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and pursue new business.
• Meet sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
