Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Route Sales & Service Representative to drive sales growth and provide essential on-site services at customer facilities. You will operate our equipment, maintain safety, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to meeting sales quotas across diverse assignments.

We offer a weekly base salary with bonuses and uncapped commissions, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class B CDL with HazMat, Med Card, Airbrake.
• Experience in route sales is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Implement effective sales strategies to expand our business with new and existing customers.
• Deliver Top-Notch Service: Provide essential services at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickup, using our equipment.
• Ensure Safety and Efficiency: Adhere to all safety guidelines, inspect vehicle and equipment, and minimize travel time.
• Cultivate Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, pursue additional services, and generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve Goals: Meet sales quotas and contribute to overall revenue growth.
