Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Route Sales & Service Representative to join our growing team. You will drive sales growth, deliver essential services at customer facilities, and uphold safety standards using our equipment.

We offer competitive pay with weekly base plus bonuses and uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and clear paths for career advancement. Prior route sales experience is a plus, but not required; high school diploma and appropriate licenses are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold Class B CDL, Medical Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.
• Experience in route sales is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding business with new and existing customers.
• Deliver services at customer facilities using our equipment.
• Ensure safety and efficiency, inspect vehicle and equipment.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships; pursue additional services.
• Hit sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
• Complete paperwork accurately and maintain DOT compliance.
