Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Route Sales & Service Representative to drive sales growth and deliver essential waste services at customer sites using state-of-the-art equipment. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and strong customer relationships in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and comfort with operating equipment. A High School diploma and CDL/HAZMAT certifications are required; route sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent with CDL and Hazmat/airbrake certifications.
• Experience in route sales is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding our business with new and existing customers.
• Deliver essential services at customer facilities using company equipment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, inspect vehicle and equipment, and minimize travel time.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and pursue additional services and opportunities.
• Meet sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
