Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Route Sales & Service Representative to join our growing team. You’ll drive sales growth, deliver top-notch service at customer facilities, and ensure safety and efficiency with our state-of-the-art equipment.

You will cultivate relationships with customers, pursue additional services, meet sales quotas, and contribute to overall revenue growth while upholding our high safety standards and commitment to a cleaner, greener future.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; CDL Class B, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications required or preferred.
• Route sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset and tech-savvy approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Implement effective sales strategies to expand business with new and existing customers.
• Deliver Top-Notch Service: Provide essential services at customer facilities using state-of-the-art equipment.
