Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Route Sales & Service Representative to drive sales growth and deliver essential waste service at customer sites. You’ll manage parts washing units, drum pickup, and operate our equipment safely while building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates are communicative, customer-focused, and tech-savvy, with a preference for route sales experience. A Class B CDL, Medical Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency with electronic devices and truck equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding business with new and existing customers.
• Deliver essential services at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickup.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, inspect vehicle/equipment, and minimize travel time.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and pursue additional services.
