Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Route Sales & Service Representative to drive growth at customer sites. You’ll deliver service from parts washers to waste drum pickup, using our equipment and following safety guidelines.

This role offers a weekly base plus bonuses and uncapped commissions; average annual earnings range from $70,000 to $85,000, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.
• Route sales experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and handle drums up to 400+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding business with new and existing customers.
• Deliver essential services at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickup.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and inspect vehicle and equipment for safe operation.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and pursue additional services.
• Meet sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
