Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a route sales professional to drive growth and deliver services at customer facilities with our state-of-the-art equipment. You will build lasting relationships, pursue additional services, and help meet sales targets.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work with various equipment and truck systems. A CDL and safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake and HAZMAT certifications required or in process.
• Experience in route sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding business with new and existing customers.
• Deliver essential services at customer facilities using company equipment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and inspect vehicle and equipment.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and pursue additional services.
• Meet sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
