UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated on-the-road route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong relationships with customers.

You will load/unload route trucks, ensure accurate daily operations, and identify opportunities to upsell products. This field-based role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfort with using new technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy.
• Deliver on-time, accurate service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell when appropriate.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety as a priority.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments.
• Maintain service excellence by troubleshooting issues and managing inventory.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with consistent routes.
