UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned daily route, delivering garments and supplies, building customer relationships, and growing account revenue. This field-based role demands reliability, safety, and a proactive sales mindset.

You will operate company trucks, coordinate with the service team, and maintain consistent, on-time service on Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights or major weekends, with opportunities for earnings growth through upselling.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset and providing excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery roles is a plus.
• Comfortable using and learning new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 50 lbs., with the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an Assigned Route: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support Daily Operations: Load/unload route trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: On-time, accurate deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: Build rapport with customers, address service needs, upsell products.
• Drive Sales Growth: Identify upselling opportunities and grow the route.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: Operate a company walk-in truck along routes, prioritizing safety.
• Engage in a Physically Active Role: Work indoors and outdoors with energy and attention to safety.
• Contribute to Service Excellence: Troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime; no nights; weekends service same route.
