Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative who will be the face of the company on your assigned route.

You will deliver and pick up garments, support daily operations, and grow customer relationships while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and service quality. You will manage deliveries, upsell where appropriate, and uphold a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and clean driving record required (21+).
• DOT physical exam compliance required.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with new technologies.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at start of day.
• Deliver on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing needs and upselling relevant garments and products.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow the route and earnings potential.
• Represent UniFirst on the road, prioritizing safety and exceptional service.
• Engage in an active role across indoor/outdoor environments and maintain safety standards.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and support safety compliance.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends.
