Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, deliver garments and products daily, and build strong relationships with customers on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

You will load and unload route trucks, ensure on-time deliveries, identify upselling opportunities, and represent UniFirst with safety and professionalism while growing your route and earnings.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• DOT requirements including a medical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfortable using new technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route and be the primary contact for customers.
• Load and unload route trucks; ensure accuracy at daily start.
• Deliver on-time, accurate garments and products; return pickups.
• Grow customer relationships; upsell garments and services.
• Drive sales growth by identifying upsell opportunities on the route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
• Work in a physically active environment; prioritize safety.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule on the same route.
