Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain DOT certification.
Clean driving record for 5 years.

Responsibilities

Meet sales expectations and promote route growth, renew service agreements, and retain customers.
Identify opportunities to solicit new business and gain new accounts.
Maintain effective relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
Focus on retention and be the first responder to customer issues.
Ensure products are loaded/unloaded safely and delivered on schedule.
Operate company vehicles safely and follow traffic laws and DOT rules.
Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep the truck clean and organized.
Maintain inventory levels at customer locations and ensure product quality.
Accurately account for monies and products daily per guidelines.
Communicate with management regarding customers and issues.
