Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a position requiring heavy public contact.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain DOT certification to operate DOT regulated vehicles.
• Must be able to load and offload transported items.
• Must be able to lift 75 lb repeatedly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and operations staff.
• Must have good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales expectations and promote route growth, service agreement renewal, and customer retention to enhance profitability.
• Assist in driving route growth by delivering and stocking products in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to solicit new business and increase revenue from existing customers and referrals.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships with an account ownership mindset.
• Remain compliant with safety policies and follow DOT requirements while loading/unloading and operating company vehicles.
