Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a position requiring heavy public contact.
• High School Diploma/G.E.D required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and DOT certification to operate DOT regulated vehicles.
• Clean driving record for 5 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and operations staff.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing demands.
• Proficient or can be trained to sell products to customers.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Valid CMV license and driving record as per policy.
• Client interaction, communication and time management are key.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales expectations and promote route growth and customer retention.
• Identify opportunities to solicit new business and increase revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding service.
• Focus on account retention and respond to customer issues promptly.
• Ensure products are loaded/unloaded safely and stocked on schedule.
• Operate company vehicles safely and adhere to DOT requirements.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily maintenance checks.
• Manage inventories and ensure proper quality and working condition.
• Record monies and products daily per guidelines.
