Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Route Sales Relief Driver to build partnerships with customers, drive route growth, and renew service agreements. You will engage decision-makers, identify cross-selling opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships with an account ownership mindset.

You will ensure safe loading/unloading, on-time deliveries, and proper inventory control while complying with DOT regulations. A valid license, clean driving record, and DOT certification are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a position requiring heavy public contact.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and DOT certification to operate DOT-regulated vehicles.
• Clean driving record for 5 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and operations staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales expectations and promote route growth, service agreement renewal, and customer retention.
• Identify opportunities to solicit new business and increase revenue with current customers and new accounts.
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide outstanding service with an account ownership mindset.
• Focus on account retention and respond to customer issues and opportunities quickly.
• Ensure products are loaded/unloaded safely, delivered on schedule, stocked, and rotated; maintain equipment.
