• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Basic proficiency in mobile/tablet reporting tools (e.g., KARMA, Mobility).

Responsibilities

• Achieve route sales and marketing objectives set by Team Leader and Sales Manager.
• Sell in and execute promotions and product placements.
• Proactively sell inventory to accounts to avoid stockouts.
• Solicit placement of POS materials for suppliers.
• Grow product distribution, visibility, and sales volume.
• Identify and solicit lost, inactive, and potential new accounts in the territory.
• Report on new account opportunities to leadership.
• Maintain merchandising standards using POS displays and materials.
• Monitor inventory and optimize displays for top positioning.
• Assist with weekend on-call deliveries and holiday pull-ups.
• Attend scheduled company meetings and provide sales forecasts.
