Job summary

Mitchell Companies in Washington, DC is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to manage a defined route, drive product distribution, and execute promotions for Anheuser-Busch and other brands. You will develop accounts, maintain POS materials, report sales, and coordinate weekend deliveries while keeping customers satisfied and compliant with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Account Development: achieve route sales and marketing objectives; sell in promotions and product placements; ensure stock to prevent outages.
• New Business Development: identify lost, inactive and new accounts; report opportunities to leadership; set up new customers.
• Customer Servicing: ensure front-facing labels, support replenishment, fulfill commitments, assist with weekend or holiday events.
• Administrative and Operational Duties: attend meetings, forecast sales, submit orders/reports, maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness, complete IMPACT documentation.
