Job summary

Bonnie Plants, LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to manage a territory of retailers, delivering and merchandising the full product line. You will call on retailers, negotiate terms, and grow the route with increased volumes and sell-through.

The job involves driving a company truck, adhering to DOT requirements, and training the Route Helper as needed. The position requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of customer service or route sales experience, with preference for candidates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service or route sales experience preferred.
• Live in the market area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on customers or potential customers to generate orders.
• Negotiate with customers regarding sales, location, space and product mix.
• Grow the route by increasing volumes and sell-through rates.
• Prepare and display items to maximize sales and product presentation.
• Deliver products using a company truck and comply with DOT rules.
• Train and advise the Route Helper; participate in trainings.
