Martin’s is seeking a Relief Route Salesperson to act as the supplier of choice and deliver exceptional customer service as the frontline ambassador of our brand. The role focuses on increasing sales through in-store promotions, route maintenance, and strong communication with store managers.

You will work flexible hours, including Saturdays, and participate in growth opportunities such as profit sharing and 401K benefits. Join a team with a rich history and a vision for future expansion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to learn and operate route sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Promotes product to increase sales via shelf expansion, in‑store promotions and displays.
• Serve as replacement for established route sales and meet objectives.
• Operate sales ordering system and manage cash accounts accurately.
• Ensure safety by following company policies and regulations.
• Call on prospective customers to solicit new business.
