Motive Energy Inc. is seeking a Route Sales professional to service retail accounts, maintain inventory, and drive new business along an established route. You will stock shelves, handle consignments, and manage day-to-day account needs while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Clean and current Driver's license (MVR check) in the applying State.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a regular schedule of visitation and stocking to retail sites on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Restocks battery racks, adjusts stock levels, and rotates product as necessary.
• Picks up scrap and warranty product from customer locations.
• Maintains consignments and ensures accurate tracking, reconciliation, and replenishment.
• Handles day-to-day account management for assigned route customers.
• Communicates with customers regarding additional products and promotions.
• Develops new accounts through cold-calling, referrals, and relationship building.
