Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class D license with clean driving record.
• Ability to supervise and train Route Assistants.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic sales and merchandising knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product routes efficiently, accurately, and safely.
• Check in with customer and rotate product (FIFO) at POS location.
• Load products with labels facing customers.
• Handle returns and manage inventory within accounts.
• Provide outstanding customer service and escalate issues.
• Promote POS materials and maintain displays per marketing plans.
• Assist in on-call deliveries and special events.
• Maintain DOT/compliance and vehicle cleanliness.
• Supervise and train Route Assistants.
• Complete delivery paperwork and route logs on time.
• Communicate route issues to management.
• Represent Mitchell Distributing positively at all times.
