Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Route Sales Professional to support our store network with fresh, quality products. You will merchandise, stock, and rotate products on shelves, drive incremental displays, and build strong customer relationships to grow sales.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and DOT medical card. Typical shift is early mornings; first shift operates 4 am – 2 pm with Wednesdays and Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• DOT medical card required.
• Chauffer license may be required if job location is IN, MI or TN.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and setting up incremental displays.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and when pursuing new customers.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures for products, invoices, and cash with inventory accuracy.
• Safely drive the company route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
• Submit required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time.
