Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Professional to merchandise and stock products, drive sales, and manage store-level promotions. The role requires driving a route truck, handling daily settlements, and maintaining DOT logs.

Candidates should be 21+, possess a clean driving record, and be able to obtain a DOT medical card and Chauffeur license if needed. The position offers full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan, with a $500 sign-on bonus and a $3,000

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical card.
• Ability to obtain Chauffeur License (if job location is in IN, MI, TN).
• Physical ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and using sales data for store-level strategies.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf space.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures for products, invoices, and cash.
• Safely drive the route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
• Submit required documentation, deposits, and paperwork on time.
