Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Professional to merchandise and stock products, secure display space, and drive sales across assigned stores on a daily route.

The role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to obtain a DOT medical card, and willingness to work an early shift starting at 3:30 am with Wednesdays and Sundays off. Competitive benefits and weekly pay with commission are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1-3 years of related experience in DSD preferred.
• Must read and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and using sales data to inform store-level strategies.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and when pursuing new customers.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures for products, invoices, and cash.
• Safely drive the route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
