Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Professional to join our team. You will merchandise and stock products, drive sales with new display space, and build strong customer relationships across assigned routes.

You will perform daily route settlements, maintain inventory, and ensure DOT daily logs are completed accurately. A valid license, DOT requirements, and 21+ age are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Chauffer License required if job location is IN, MI, TN.
• Ability to lift and move items; climb, bend, reach for extended periods.
• 1-3 years of DSD experience preferred.
• English language proficiency to communicate with the public per DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and setting up incrementals.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Introduce new products and maximize shelf space.
• Perform daily route settlements, manage invoices and cash, and maintain inventory.
• Safely drive the route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
• Submit documentation and deposits on time.
