Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Professional to merchandise and stock products, grow store presence, and manage routes. You will also develop customer relationships, introduce new products, and ensure accurate route settlements.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficient to communicate with the public.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and rotate products on store shelves and displays to ensure quality and freshness.
• Drive sales by securing new display space, creating incremental displays, and using sales data for store strategies.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships while executing promotions.
• Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space in existing accounts and when pursuing new customers.
• Perform daily route settlement procedures for products, invoices, and cash, with accurate inventory counts.
• Safely drive the company route truck and complete DOT daily logs; submit required paperwork and deposits on time.
