Bimbo Bakeries USA, Minnesota, is seeking a Route Sales Professional to merchandise, stock, and drive sales on store routes. You will ensure product rotation, secure display space, and build strong customer relationships while executing promotions.

This role requires a 21+ driver with a clean record, ability to pass a DOT medical card, and 1–3 years of DSD experience. First shift starts at 4 am; benefits include pension, medical, dental, holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Chauffer License may be required in IN, MI, TN.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and read/speak English sufficiently.
• 1–3 years of DSD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and using data to inform strategies.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf space.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures for products, invoices, and cash.
• Safely drive the route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
• Submit required documentation and deposits on time.
