Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Professional to merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays along assigned routes. You will drive a company route truck, manage daily settlements, and work to secure new display space and promotions to grow sales.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to obtain a DOT medical card, and alignment with DOT regulations. Strong customer relationship skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to obtain DOT medical card.
• Experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) or route sales preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and using promotions.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures for invoices and cash with accurate inventory.
• Safely operate the company route truck and maintain DOT daily logs.
• Submit required documentation and deposits on time.
