Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring for a Route Sales Professional Express in Indiana. You will merchandise, stock, and rotate products, drive sales, and build strong customer relationships while executing promotions on assigned routes.

The role requires a valid driver's license, DOT medical card, and ability to obtain a Chauffeur License if located in IN, MI, or TN. Competitive benefits are offered along with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• If job location is IN, MI, TN, ability to obtain a Chauffeur License.
• Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop and kneel for extended periods; frequent reaching.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and using sales data to inform store strategies.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships while executing promotions.
• Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and when pursuing new customers.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures for products, invoices, and cash while maintaining inventory counts.
• Safely drive the route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
• Submit required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time.
