Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card; Chauffer License if job location is IN, MI, TN.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public and complete records.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and using sales data to guide strategies.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and new customers.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures for products, invoices, and cash; maintain inventory counts.
• Safely drive the route truck and complete DOT daily logs; submit required paperwork and deposits on time.
