Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Professional to join our team. You will merchandise, stock, and rotate products to ensure optimal freshness and display effectiveness across store networks.

You will drive sales by securing new displays, pursuing new accounts, and promoting our brands. Daily route settlements, inventory checks, and DOT logs are part of the role, with on‑site responsibilities and a 1st shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Chauffer License required if job location is IN, MI, or TN.
• 1–3 years of Direct Store Distribution (DSD) experience preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English to converse with the public and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and rotate products to guarantee quality and freshness on store shelves.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and executing promotions.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and new customers.
• Conduct daily route settlement of products, invoices, and cash; maintain inventory counts; complete DOT daily logs.
