Job summary

Paycom - ATS in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Experienced Sales professional for a full-time route-based role. You will pre-sell products to off-premise accounts and manage in-store displays and pricing to drive volume.

The position requires High School education, CDL eligibility, valid Texas license, and strong communication skills; be prepared for variable hours and field-based responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in grocery/convenience or consumer products is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must have a cell phone with data capability for work.
• Able to obtain and maintain Class A-CDL.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Ability to operate a two- or four-wheel dolly.
• Certified in pallet/straddle jack and lift gate operation.
• Must handle alcohol and comply with TAB C guidelines.
• Physically able to lift up to 38 lbs, push 300 lbs dolly, handle 161 lb kegs.

Responsibilities

• Takes inventory at assigned accounts and recommends product needs and to maintain properly stocked inventory levels.
• Sells in displays, new products and packages, draught placements, shelf facings, POS, and price points.
• Follows corporate Sales and Merchandising Standards guidelines to ensure merchandising and restocking.
• Completes all administrative duties: Mobility route book entries, syncing on a timely basis as specified by the company.
• Notifies Area Sales Manager of changes in the retail trade including file maintenance and schedule changes.
• Ability to be flexible in work hours and adapt to frequent changes in assignments, equipment, and routes.
