Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Sales Representative to conduct route-based sales to retailers from the warehouse starting daily at 7:30–8:00am. You will merchandise products, manage inventory, and build strong retailer relationships while ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.

The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and careful handling of all equipment and POS materials. A valid vehicle and insurance are required, with a full benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Merchandising and stocking shelves is required.
• Ability to manage a route and maintain schedules.

Responsibilities

• Report to warehouse by 7:30am and start route by 8am.
• Merchandise coolers and stock shelves in accounts.
• Take inventory and check dates to follow QA policy.
• Call on every account on the route on a regular basis.
• Maintain all pertinent data in handheld system and coordinate with teams.
