Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage is seeking a Sales Associate to maximize sales and distribution of products on the assigned route. You will support marketing, merchandising and delivery efforts to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets while building strong relationships with customers and ensuring product quality at retail outlets.

This role requires a current valid driver’s license, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and compliance with Texas alcohol laws.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build relationships with customers, peers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Maximize retail efforts through execution of established sales and marketing programs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and delivery personnel.
• Address customer needs in a timely manner.
• Maximize retail execution within assigned accounts using retail standards.
• Increase brand awareness via shelf management, space, location, and flow of products.
• Ensure quality of all products, keeping them fresh and damage free.
• Use ordering systems to maintain inventory and prevent stockouts.
• Encourage primary placement of permanent point of sale on the route.
• Monitor competitive signage and placements.
• Complete administrative duties promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
