Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a route sales professional to execute beer promotions and maintain strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts. You will ensure proper shelf placement, inventory levels, and price promotions while meeting volume quotas.

The role requires at least 1 year of merchandising or delivery experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills. Local travel and periodic events are expected.

Qualifications

• One year minimum merchandising or delivery experience.
• Must have valid drivers’ license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve programmed volume quotas by brand and manage planograms, shelf placement and stock levels.
• Call on assigned On- and Off-Premise accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and POS execution.
• Attend events and promotions, rotate products, and ensure only fresh beer is in accounts.
• Transmit orders accurately, report discrepancies, and keep route book and reports up to date.
• Develop knowledge of regulations concerning sale and promotion of alcoholic beverages.
