Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Professional to merchandise, stock, and drive sales across store shelves. You will maintain proper product rotation, build store relationships, and pursue new account opportunities.

The role includes a weekly base pay with commission, a first shift, and full benefits. A valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience in Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a Chauffer License if required by location.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, ensuring freshness and proper rotation.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and executing promotions.
• Build strong customer relationships and pursue new accounts.
• Conduct daily route settlements and maintain inventory counts.
• Safely drive the route truck and complete DOT logs.
