Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Chauffer License where required (IN, MI, TN).
• Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods; able to reach and use fingers.
• 1-3 years of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) preferred.
• English language proficiency as per DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and rotate products to guarantee freshness on shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space, setting up incremental displays, and using data for store strategies.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships while executing promotions.
• Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and new customers.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures to account for products, invoices, and cash with proper inventory counts.
• Safely drive the company route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
• Submit other required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time.
