Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Professional in the United States to merchandise, stock, and rotate products on store shelves and displays. You will drive the company route truck, maintain DOT logs, and build strong customer relationships.

The role features a 1st shift starting at 2 am with Wednesdays and Sundays off, and a compensation package that includes a $240 weekly base pay plus commission, plus pension, medical, dental, holidays and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Chauffer license may be required in specific locations (IN/MI/TN).
• Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop and kneel for extended periods.
• 1–3 years of DSD experience preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and optimizing shelf space.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Introduce new products and services to maximize sales within accounts.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures for products, invoices, and cash.
• Safely drive the route truck and complete DOT logs.
• Submit required paperwork and deposits on time.
