Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Representative to merchandise, stock, and ensure product rotation in stores, driving sales through strategic in-store displays and promotions.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work early shifts, DOT compliance, and 1–3 years in direct sales distribution; strong relationship building and fluent English are essential. Weekly base pay plus commission, full benefits, and earnings potential of $60k–$65k per year.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for daily operations.
• 1–3 years of related experience in DSD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and using data to inform store strategies.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf space in existing accounts.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures and manage invoices and cash.
• Safely drive the company route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
