Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to manage a defined group of customers on daily routes, place orders, and present products to support promotions.

You will collaborate with store personnel, execute programs, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while upholding safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• High school education or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure excellence in RED scores for assigned customers.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and on shelves per procedures.
• Maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, handling returns and damaged goods.
