Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes for a group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders to contribute to revenue and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and marketing plans to ensure high execution scores.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging products, handling returns and damaged stock.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products at shelves.
• Builds proactive relationships with store personnel through follow-up and pricing discussions.
• Identifies market issues and communicates competitive activity affecting the business.
