Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Luray, VA is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to sell, order and present products along assigned routes. You will collaborate with store staff, execute promotions, and maintain planograms to maximize revenue and gross profit.

Responsibilities include merchandising, driving on routes, and ensuring safe handling and quality guidelines while building strong relationships with store personnel. Monday–Friday with weekend shifts, relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid in-state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Proof of insurance coverage is required on first day of employment.
• High school education or GED is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell, order, and present products for an assigned group of customers on daily routes.
• Execute promotions and new products based on plans to maintain RED scores.
• Merchandise products and manage in-store displays and back room organization.
• Foster relationships with store personnel and communicate customer needs.
• Identify competitive issues and ensure safe handling and quality compliance.
