Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Demonstrates critical thinking and proactive problem solving.
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.
• Shows initiative and a highly competitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sells, orders, and presents products to a group of customers on daily routes.
• Executes promotions and new products to achieve Right Execution Daily scores.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on shelves per procedures.
• Maintains back room organization and handles damaged/out-of-date items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and supports merchandisers.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and promotions.
• Identifies competitive issues and executes duties safely and effectively.
