Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Sales Development Associate to meet or exceed sales objectives by covering routes, merchandising, and delivering products.

You will adjust stock levels, enhance brand visibility with POS materials, handle customer service issues, and support route management. Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience; strong communication, multi-tasking, and data reporting skills are essential; MS Office proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Strong verbal/written communication with diplomacy and discretion.
• Customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytic and reporting skills; ability to use MS Office and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes without current coverage.
• Preplans routes and reviews pricing/product programming to meet sales goals.
• Restocks shelves and maintains accurate inventory in accounts where permitted.
• Ensures brand visibility using current point-of-sale materials.
• Delivers products and handles customer issues, escalating as needed.
• May assist with payments in certain markets and extended route coverage.
• Complete surveys and comply with national account requirements.
